Send, reply, state.

Every appointment shows one of three states: sent, confirmed, at risk. Tomorrow's problems in one column, not 22 chats.

  1. The evening before, one send.

Turnkept writes to tomorrow's patients at once, each message with their time, their practitioner and their room.

  2. The patient replies with a word.

“Yes” or “change”. No link to tap and no account to make.

  3. Tomorrow arrives with a state.

You open the sheet and find the three that need you at the top.

  • Nothing at risk tomorrow.Eight appointments, all answered.

You set the rules.

An appointment turns at risk when your rules fire: no reply 24 hours before, a previous no-show, a first visit booked online. You set the rules; Turnkept watches them.

  • No reply 24 hours before
  • A previous no-show
  • A first visit booked online
  • Booked more than 30 days ahead

Turn one off and tomorrow's sheet is quieter. Turn it back on the week you need it. The six default rules

The message your patient gets.

Reminders carry your clinic's name, the practitioner and the room. The patient replies “yes” or “change”: no link, no login. One tap offers the slot to your waiting list.

Questions.

What happens if a patient doesn't reply?

Nothing automatic. The appointment turns at risk and waits for you at the top of tomorrow.

WhatsApp or SMS?

Both are on the table. WhatsApp is what your patients already read; SMS needs nothing installed. The clinics on the list decide which one ships first.

What about the GDPR?

Today the only data here is the email you leave in this form. If Turnkept gets built, a reminder carries a first name, a time and a room, and you delete a patient when you ask.

Does it replace my agenda?

That is what we are asking the clinics on the list. Turnkept is where you look the evening before; whether it reads your agenda or holds it is still open.

Does Turnkept exist yet?

No. Turnkept is a concept by fabrica, a branding and web studio in Barcelona: this site, a sample day and a list. If it never ships, we write and say so.

Request access.

Your email, the kind of clinic, how many practitioners. We write when there is something to try.
