Terms and conditions

These terms govern the use of this website. By browsing it you accept them. They are short because the site does little: it presents a concept and collects the email of anyone who wants to hear more.

1. Who is behind the site (Article 10 of the Spanish LSSI-CE)

2. What this site is

Turnkept is a concept project by fabrica Studio. The site shows what a day-view agenda for small clinics could look like, marking which appointments are at risk of not showing up: its proposition, its features and its pricing model.

The product does not exist as a service. There are no accounts, no trial and nothing to sign up for. fabrica may build it, change it or drop it at any time, with no obligation towards anyone who has requested access.

3. Prices and descriptions

The prices shown on this site illustrate a possible offer and do not constitute a binding offer or an invitation to purchase. The same goes for the features, screens and copy: they describe a concept, not an available service.

If Turnkept does launch, it will have its own terms of service and its own prices, which you will see before any purchase.

4. Requesting access

The "Request access" form exists so we can keep you posted on the project. Submitting it does not create an account, does not reserve a seat or a price, and commits neither you nor us to anything. How we handle your email is explained in the privacy policy.

5. Using the site

You may use the site to learn about the project. You may not:

6. Intellectual property

The Turnkept name and the text, design, images and code of this site belong to fabrica Studio. You may read them and share links, but not reproduce, modify or use them commercially without our written permission.

7. Liability

The site is provided as is, as information about a concept. We do our best to keep it available and free of errors, but we do not guarantee it. To the extent the law allows, fabrica Studio is not liable for damages arising from the use of this site or from decisions taken on the basis of its content.

8. Links to third parties

The site links to fabrica.studio and may link to other sites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

9. Changes

We may change these terms. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute is submitted to the courts of Barcelona, Spain, unless the law mandates a different forum (for example, for consumers).

11. Severability

If any clause is found invalid, the rest remains in force.
