Something true about the appointment or the patient: no reply, a no-show on file, a first visit booked without talking to anyone.
Window
When Turnkept checks it: 24 hours before, the evening before, the moment the booking arrives.
Both halves are yours. Change either one and tomorrow's sheet changes with it.
